Hey guys,
I can't stand anymore.....
I love so much my speakers and sub that I am ****** I cannot use them on late evenings when my wife and kid are sleeping....
And of course I am sick of using volume control during the movie to be ready to lower the it ehrn the "action" arrives.

To make it short I was thinking of buying a pair of headphones that can make me anjoy the movie.
I was thinking of going "wireless" and was intersting on Acoutic Research AW 771 or AW 791. Any review, personal experience, suggestion are welcome.
Of course I know with "wireless" I will be expecting some little noise... but I will be using headphones from my sofa which is about 10 ft from the receiver.
Thanks Max

The Sennheisers have excellent bass and good transparency. They don't sound like you're wearing headphones. You can be a fair distance away and get perfect sound, but they do make radio hiss and/or drop out if you are not in the line of sight of the transmitter or you go round a corner or outside.

I use a pair of Sennheiser HDR85's for TV listening at night. They are acceptable for this purpose. But I also believe that their performance is a compelling argument for choosing headphones with a cord whenever possible. :(
