Need Repair help for dvd/vcr combo

Bought a couple of "no power" broken dvd/vcr combos from ebay... Guessing that fuse could/would be problem... for one this was the case, replaced blown fuse and have working combo for very good price...

The fuse on the other unit was fine... Any other thoughts as to possible problem? I was going to check/replace on/off switch... Things to look for or check?

I'd check the voltage from the power supply. Maybe use that one working unit to find the proper values?
