Well, long story short, my friend didn't end up coming on my trip to this DIY DAYTON, so i'm staying here in columbus, but i booked through ORBITZ a room at Knights INN in Miamisburg, OH about 11 minutes from the Hampton INN where the DIY is being held at. I do not have need of the room. I tried to cancel my reservation 24 hours + in advance and orbitz wanted to penalize me THE WHOLE AMOUNT! its a $57.60 room. There are two double beds. if one or even two guys want the room thats fine w/ me. for a deal of course. please let me know here on the board or at the DIY event.
I'll never book w/ ORBITZ again...and ...since Knights Inn couldn't do anything about it (ie they are not able to cancel...i have to do it through orbitz) i won't be booking with them again either. just fyi. let me know guys!
