I am somewhat confused with the xlr configuration on behringers F.D. as to which pairs are input and which are output...I am attaching a pic...
I wnat to use this for a pair of subwoofers using the subwoofer out from my HT reciever...

The ones marked inputs are inputs and the ones marked outputs are outputs. The left 2 plugs are channel 2 outputs (one XLR and one instrument style), the next pair are the inputs, the next 2 are channel 1 outputs and the final pair on the right are the channel 1 inputs. The XLR output accepts a female connection and the inputs accept a male XLR connection.
I hope that helps.

No.
Look at the jacks. Then read the panel.
Jacks.
Panel.
Jacks.
Panel.
Now go slap your forehead.

It is, it has two channels in and 2 channels out. The female plugs you are pointing to are 1/4"-not XLR. The XLR are the three pins off to the sides. Use the labels for the corresponding XLR's, and simply tag the 1/4" that's closest to each one as it's sister plug. It's really not that complex.

Aaron, you don't have to be an a-hole about it, this is new to me,besides if you have nothing useful to say...

Of course I said something useful. I cannot be blamed for stating the obvious. Twice.

aaron does like stating the obvious. i think conrad that your question should have been better posed....for instance. .... "i want to use this unit w/ my HT reciever's sub out, which is only one channel...since this behringer unit is a 2 channel unit, how do I use it? can i just hook up one channel?"
is that more like the question that you wanted to ask?
i think you can use just one channel... but aaron would know better than i would :)

Aaron is really okay most of the time. Just don't take his harshness to heart. I don't think he has had his Thorazine dose for today. If you still don't understand then just rephrase the question. Hope this helps.

Heh.
I prefer the humorous aspect of it. To me, it was almost as funny as the question regarding how the red and black wires from the plate amp go to the woofer.
I mean, really, is it that hard? Read the manual.
