Hello..I have 2 nice Pinnacle PN-6+ cabinets. Original drivers were 6.5 woofer 3/4 tweet with a 4.5K X-O. They have a slant cut 8" port tube that fits in a specific way. Internal size approx. H 13" W 8" D 6.5". I want to put all new high end drivers (7" mid-bass & 1" dome tw. ?? )and a new/compatable X-over. Money is not a problem so if anybody has any good ideas or plans that might work with these cabs, hit me with your knowledge. I know I could just go buy some new speakers but I need a project, have not built any in 10 years.
Thanks David

You box is 0.39 cu. ft. It's not considered "high end", but Dayton's 295-306 (shielded) 6.5" woofer should work well in that box size when ported properly. Why don't you download PE's "BR-1" (shielded) plans and copy the xo out of there?
