OK, so I did a dumb thing on my first speaker project... I built the cabinets for the Jubilee speaker project by Darren Kuzma ASSUMING that I could get all of the parts. Wrong! The Peerless 2" poly dome midrange is out of stock! Can anyone suggest a replacement that will fit in the already cut hole?

Try the Dayton DC50-8 or the Hi-V- DMN-A. These are available and at the same relative price point. Either would likely necessitate a rework of the crossover, and in the case of the Dayton, enlargement of the cutout.

Your very best bet is to repost here to ask if someone has an ‘extra’ pair of the Peerless that they are willing to sell.
