I got a set of these buyout feet for my Olive Project subwoofer. I am really impressed.

The brass feet are heavy the plastic is beefy. Worth the $12, plus you can use the rubber feet without the plastic bits in another project with some T-Nuts or something.

You would not want to scoot the speaker over the floor that is for sure. They would probably pull the screws out of the cabinent.

Maybe a schmear of contruction adhesive on the vertical plastic to the cabinet would strengthen it some also.

Now that i look at the black feet they are not rubber, but plastic. I think....

If they are rubber they are REALLY hard rubber.

They slide on my laminate desk top they dont grip like rubber would. With pliers they do compress and rebound like rubber not plastic.

They appear to be rubber, but very hard rubber.

Now that i think about it the best method would use a t-nut on the inside of cabinet then bolt the feet to the cabinet. Heck with screws into the MDF. Get some mechanical attachment in there and these things wont go any where.
