It will most likely depend, maybe sorta. You need to know what the impedence is with the zobel in place and without to know the answer.

In short, yes. The question is, will it change the rolloff to achieve your desired target response? If the crossover was already designed around a specific inductor, then adding the Zobel will definitely change the response of the lo-pass.
