When I attach binding posts (091-340), what's the proper way to secure these. Is it nut-washer-RingConnector and then washer-nut. I'm being a little anal trying to get this right and proper because once I attach the baffle I won't have good access to the posts anymore due to my enclosure being built so small and, also, I can barely put my hand through the cut out hole. Anyways, I'll be able to hand tighten and that's about it -- should they come undone. So I'll probably epoxy the nuts once place. Good idea? Another thing, is it too terrible a thing painting an enclosure with the posts already in? This doesn't seem easy but it seems the simplist route. Thanks for any advice

Slip on ring connector, lock washer, nut (tighten with a nut driver ? 5/16 ?), epoxy (I use nail polish) and backup nut. I've installed them after finishing. No reason you can't install beforehand. They extend out about 1" after installed maybe better to recess in some.

Thanks Philip,
when you mentioned nut driver I shopped around until I found a set of "deep sockets" which I can't say I even thought they existed until you mentioned the nut driver as being your choice of tool. And since I found them at a reasonable price, I can now close the box and apply my finish, first, and add the connectors afterwards. I am so not a tool guy, you may have noticed. thanks again
