Does anyone know what's going on with the AA? I wanted to buy the poly 6.5" driver, but it wasn't available last month. And it's still shows that NONE of the drivers are available. I've emailed AA, but haven't got any response. Did they go out of business or something?

I hope PE will be one of their dealers...

------------------------

To help Ascendant Audio grow, we will now be selling through dealers. This is great news to many who have been asking to represent our products in their stores for years. More information on dealer inquiries will be made available when the website is updated here shortly.

We will also still sell directly to our customers online through a specified online dealer. We feel it is important to continue to offer direct sales to the customers who helped make us who we are today. Again, more information about this will be made available when the website is updated.

Ascendant Audio will be temporarily working on a skeleton crew for the next few weeks as things begin to switch over. We appreciate your patience as we make this change to our everyday operations. It is exciting to offer better product at great new prices and have the opportunity for our products to reach more customers than ever.

Most people will undoubtedly have many new questions. This is especially true in regards to the specifics of the new drivers. We ask that you wait for the new website to go up. Any new information will hit the website before we offer it through emails and phone calls.

We once again thank you for your patience as we make this new leap forward. We are excited to keep growing and continuously offer better products.

All the best,

Chad Kuypers

James, I tried to order a pair of AA6.5's last Friday. I was told that they are out of production, and after the resulting changes they are making, not sure if or at least how they are coming back with it. I know it is a drag, I had to change the design on the big pair of 3 ways I am working on...

Thanks for the replies. I do hope that PE drops some of the over priced HiVi/Tangband and pick up AA. Unfortunately, I need to replace my car speakers soon.

I'm a big AA fan(my previous sub was an Atlas 12 and I'm currently running an Arsenal 12) and I kinda lucked-out when I ordered a pair of their 6.5"(which is actually 7") poly mids several weeks ago. I ordered on a Saturday and several days later they were OOS.

I'm gonna throw them in the doors of my '98 CRV as dedicated midbass drivers in the 60-200hZ range.

I love the Arsenal 12(by far the best sub I've ever owned) but the new ones sound like they're gonna be sweeeeet.
