Follow up: Outlaw 950

Pretty much as Dirk and everybody said, for 7.1 operation, when you boot up the dvd, the 950 will open Dolby Digital or DTS as per the dvd. Then, if you cycle through the surround modes, it will come up with DD+CR-C which is Dolby D with a Cirrus overlay. Or DTS+CR-C for DTS.

It seems to work OK now plus I cranked the rear surround volume up a few dB and it sounds better.
