In my office is a box with the Woofer Tester 3 and the new Dayton amp.

So that folks will know, I intend to see if I can figure out how to set up and calibrate the WT3 so that it is ready to go Saturday. So that will be "open box" as it were. The amp box will remain sealed, though certainly if folks want we could use it as an amp at the event before giving it away.

I figure the protocol as to who wins the door prizes should be the people who had the most to do with getting them should get 5 times as many tickets as those who did not. Oh, wait, would that be I for the PE stuff? OK, never mind. ;)

More seriously, I'll leave it up to Charlie to figure out how to give them away.

DIY NE is this Saturday, but I've not had contact with them on door prizes. Darren used to do this. Who's handling it or PE now, Mike?

Does NC DIY = North Carolina? If so, where?

Thanks.

Sorry, no. Northern California.

Organize your own. That's what a couple of us did out here a few years back, then others took up the laboring oar to keep it going. What is that old saying? "The journey of a thousand dBs begins with the first step"?

Thanks for setting this up Dan. If I win the amp, will they give me another one for my rear surrounds?
