If you are trying to notch out the resonance spikes at/above 7kHz, I would think not - the 8.2ohm resistor is why I say no. A notch with a sizeable resistor is used to reduce a response peak, not a resonance spike. A bottomless notch (w/o resistor) is generally used for this. Look at Zaph's L18 design:

I am somewhat surprised that his filter (one inductor and a notch) does so well, but the response graph ( <A HREF="http://www.zaphaudio.com/audio-speaker17-modeled-response-individual.gif">http://www.zaphaudio.com/audio-speaker17-modeled-response-individual.gif</A> ) looks great.
Maybe you should explain what you are trying to accomplish with that notch filter. ?
