I have been working with WinISD to model the Dayton SD270-88 10" Shielded DVC Subwoofer, Part Number 295-485. I am planning to try a 4th order bandpass. I like the looks of this with the front and rear chambers the same size. I calculate the volume of the driver displacement to be about 2 liters. My design uses chambers about 27 liters each. The rear one comes out to 25 liters after subtracting the 2 liters displaced by the driver. The -3dB points are about 38Hz and 90Hz.

Has anybody made a similar design? Any thoughts about this?

My plan is autosound. I will put the box in the trunk with the port firing into the car space.

I've never built a BP, but I think you're using WinISD properly, and I modelled your alignment using .95 cf for the front volume, .88 for the rear, and an Fb of 58 Hz. It looks good to me. I'd use a 4"id x 7.5" long port.
