Can I Mount this sub woofer facing downward in a sealed box? PE says to use a 2.2 cf cabinet, other online calculators show 3cf for 19hz. what should I use.thanks

Dan,
I have mine in a 3.0 cf sealed box (the 12" version). Most will tell you it's not a good idea to mount a driver downward unless it's specifically designed for it - this one isn't.
FWIW it's not this boards favorite sub, but I love mine! It's not as bad a music sub as they say. Most prefer it for thunderous bass in a HT setting - I think it's great both ways!
