Why is it that I can go on line and see a live broadcast of the weather in Poodunk, Mississippi, or slutty co-eds in Germany taking a shower, but with all the geek power in the world at their disposal, the organizers of DIY Indiana 2008 can't put up a friggin' web cam? Gosh Shawn, help a brother out next time.

I don't think PE has any plans for a live broadcast either. It's like watching a political protest on Chinese TV. Total information blackout! How can we trust these DIY'ers if everything happens behind closed doors? If a B**e Acoustimass system wins the unlimited catagory, we'll know someone sold out.

It's something I would like to implement in the future to be sure. I'm investigating as to how I want to pull this off so you might just get your wish.

But I'd like to. It sounds like Shawn did a great job. And Biff was there? There goes my excuse. He lives on the Outer Banks. He's got further to drive than I do, plus, it's like paradise out there this time of year.

Or fly. Seems like plane fare is cheaper than driving these days.
