Ok, i though i would post his up here to se if there is any interest. I am a new forum member and new to DIY home audio. However, i have done car audio for a number of years, and actually produce an sell car speaker boxes. Currently i have to purchase cnc from my employeer at a fixed hourly rate. lately, i have not been beeing enough orders to fill a whole hour, so i am wasting money.

What i am offering if baffles, full speaker boxes ect. They are cut on a cnc machine and then mailed to you. I am located in oklaoma city if you wanted to pick them up.

Im not looking to make a profit, just cover the cost, as i need filler so i dont lose money running the cnc.

Prices would be as follows

6$ per square foot of 3/4" mdf, so a 12" x 12" x 12" sub box wout be 6 square feet, or 36$ plus shipping. I will machine the speaker cutouts, ports, terminals boxes, and dato the boxes.

There is a 20% discount if you can just email me a dxf with all the parts you need layed out in a 4' x 8' rectangle, with notes showing what you want.

I cut one friday a month, so turn around could be 1-4 weeks depending.

Like i said, not looking to make money, just help out hobbiest and fill my full hour a paid for machine time

I love your idea & being in the DFW area, shipping won't hurt that bad. See PM for my request.

I need rings 182mm on the outside and 155mm on the inside.
They need to be about 8 inches high.
so six of the 2.5 inch thick mdf pieces cut into 6 rings that are 2.5 inches tall. work for me. I can do the glue up.

the rings would be 7.165 od and 6.102 inch id and 2.500 inch tall. 6 of them would make 2 cylinders of about 7.5 inches tall for me. I can send you a paypal. pm me

I'll definitely give you an order soon. I have a couple pairs of PE cabinets with removable baffles and would like to try some other driver combinations. Do you know of any freeware that will create a dfx file? Otherwise I can send pictures or web pages created with Visio.

What is your zip code so I can figure out what shipping will cost.

Thanks, Brad
