Besides the better sensitivity on the bamboo which one of these would you go with if you were to use them full range (no tweeter)?

The TB is a 4" and the RS100 is really a 3"- no comparison in the bass dept. I am listening to the W4-1320's full range right now. I used a notch filter and BSC. As reasonably good as the highs sound, I wouldn't want to live with them full range. I will use them as mids in a three-way. I haven't heard the RS100, but I'm guessing it would be better on the high end.

Zaph has measured both 4- & 8-ohm RS100 and IMO, they're not full range drivers. For the cost of the notch filters and decreased sensitivity (net ~75db to achieve acceptable response), you can use an inexpensive tweeter.
There are better full range drivers for the same (or less) cost than the 1320. The HiVi B3S/N are popular. There are a couple of TB W3 and W2 (e.g. W3-319SF) that have easier responses to play with. For a little more money, the W4-1337SA is supposed to be great. I did model it full range and the xover is fairly simple. And the new W4-1757S is supposed to be "da bomb".
