Given that I was hit with two requests for the crossover in one day this week I guess I should get this out and into the wild. More to come on the project later but for now nothing else is done on the write up. No charts or measurements yet. Just the guts.

Are you planning to post the box/port dimensions and driver placement in the baffle by any chance? I have a spare pair of DA175 woofers and would love to try this design.

It's exactly the same as the "BR-1" cabs, so I know someone should be able to get you the placement info. The volume is 0.55ft^3, and the port is 1.5" diameter x ?.

Yep, that's my plan. In the grand scheme of things I would have like to have everything in place by now but time is one commodity I don't have enough of. It looks like with the DIY events being over for the time being I will just be able to relax a bit and get my write-ups done for a few projects.
As for the box volume, Wolf is right. The port is 1.5" in diameter and is 6.375" long.

They sure do look a lot simpler now than when i built them. I'm sure nobody misses that 1mH ( ) coil that was in the old tweeter filter...

Yeah, that boat anchor on the tweeter pretty much had to be the central reason for the re-design in the first place. Then after the Mk II was in place I just couldn't leave well enough alone and had to re-re-design things. It's about as simple as I care to get for those particular drivers.
