Hey Don,
I appreciate all of your help. I ordered my speakers, but they have not shipped out yet. I am in the process of constructing the enclosures right now.
I am going to have dual removable maple baffles. One for the MTM, and one for the WW. My question is, What are the dimensions on the speakers for the cutouts? I looked at the manufacturers specs, and was just wondering if you could throw me some real world specs so I could get to the holes and recesses.
Thanks :)

But, I do have good advice for you. Wait for your drivers to show up and measure them carefully. You don't want to go through all this work and goof up on baffle specs.
I know you are dying to move along, but this is a pretty hard and fast rule. Measure twice and cut once.
BTW, I am not the man, check out the oops thread. I have 6 posts in that already.:D
PS. The reason some of my speakers look nice is that I feel a responsibility to the "real men" who share their designs and expertise to do everything I can to make them look good.

He's got great advice there. Here's what you can do in the mean time - cut the parts for the rest of the boxes, since you know the dimensions of the box, and even start to assemble them. If you want to get started on the baffle early, you can at least get it cut to size and the mark the center-point of the drivers for their future holes.

Thanks guys. I guess I will be waiting for the drivers.
By the way, does anyone know how to cut perfect circles and recesses? Nowhere around here carries a Jasper that cuts small enough circles for the B3N or the W5's .

The jasper I have will go down to 1" diameter...it's the round one, model 400:

Another option is the Router Buddy, which is more accurate, as it's adjustment isn't limited to individual holes.

I know sears carries one that is pretty hightly regarded as well. You will need a jig to cut recesses.

That is great advice, especially for those HiVi's. Not much room for error, especially when you notch for the wire leads. I don't recommend anything over 1/2" stock for that top baffle. You don't need the bulk, and the HiVi's have very little room for air to pass. I'd do a complete test baffle in 1/2" MDF or scrap before you go final. The tolerances on the ND16 are a bit tight as well. Files and sandpaper are your friends.
