And I think I might have to try and put a motor in there. I'm thinking something along the line of the motor from an old Stomper 4x4 would do the trick.

I don't know, kinda looks like a kids toy.
I use plain ole scissors to cut my pizza, works good, but you have to clean the scissors afterwards.

I thought that until I used my wife's KitchenAid Artisan. It's not just a mixer. It's a Powermatic for the kitchen and a damn fine piece of engineering.
