Too funny. I just ordered a pair of replacement baffles and they arrived with, you guessed it, one corner dinged just like your photos.

I have heard that this is pretty common. PE is doing a good job of customer service by shipping out a replacement pair to me. Their packaging is not sufficient IMHO. They TRIPLE boxed the baffles, but didn't add sufficient padding in the right places (the corners). One drop of the box on its corner and "crush" goes the corner. Duh, wake up PE!
