Anybody chamfer the inside of baffles of subs?

IMO they don't need it unless you are dealing with one of the smaller (under 8") high excursion subs.

+1. Larger subs inherently allow lots of breathing room since the baskets are deeper and the magnet is therby far enough away from the flange so as to not interefere with airflow.

I use thick baffles and do chamfer/roundover. Haven't bothered to measure with/without, but a roundover only takes a minute.

Yep. I see no reason not to give every driver plenty of clearance, since it's easy to do.
