Anybody got one? Dirk and I are trying to make some actual headway on the Peerless buyout MTM project, and this seemed like a good tweeter option, and I'd like to see how it models up. We can trace Zaph's response graph with good results, but, again, concerns arise regarding the resolution of the impedance part of the Soundeasy graphs on his website.

Thanks in advance!

Zoom in to the impedance plot, take a screen shot, and then trace it.

Thanks for jumping in Pete! That was going to be my last resort because after reading all the posts about how manufacturer data is generally not trustworthy , I was skeptical of using their data. But if you're suggesting that it's okay, methinks I should reconsider my position on this...

Slightly different tweeter (shielded unit) but... I measured both of my DC28FS-8 units when they arrived and they measured substantially different from each other. And neither of them measured the same as the manufacturer's published specs. Just food for thought.

How were they different? I'm thinking as long as the Fs is within a few hundred hertz it should be okay.

Go to my WebSite, both the zma and frd are on the "Files" page.

froste and Curt - Thank you very much!

Now it's time to get to work on this...

Curt, not sure, but thought he wanted the DC28, not RS28.

Wow good catch! Thanks!

Curt, the one you posted sure is appealing, but a bit out of my pricerange for this project. I look forward to hearing it in the Ariatrix (sp?) soon though!

After I added files last weekend, to include the BC25SC06, did you not notice the other drivers on that same page? Immediately beside the BC25? I've got files posted for more than 30 tweeters alone.

Thanks for the follow-up. To be honest I totally blanked out on even checking your page for this. I have since bookmarked your site and will be stopping there early and often in my searches for measurements.

Thanks for supporting the DIY community by measuring and taking the time to post your results for us all to use. I for one appreciate it greatly.
