thanks, they sound pretty good, they could use some midrange, but that might be just the drivers,

Very cool looking. Have you messed with filling them? That seems like it could fill out the mid range a bit.

they do have some stuffing in them, maybe they need some more, would that effect the bass port on the back?

I love the look - (very Terry Giliam / "Brazil" :) !

an elbow on the tweeter branch would get it closer to the woofer, wouldn't that be sonically advantageous?

More rad speakers! I've found that if you add more stuffing (some type of fiber fill.....wool is best if you can find it) right behind the driver, it will make the midrange more present. It'll also "dry" out the sound a little bit. You also might try padding down the tweeter a little bit at a time. (I'd try that before the stuffing)

Those lil speakers look really neat. I seen your video of them playing on youtube btw. Seen the Redlobsters on there too.
Both are really cool looking lil speakers.
