Hey Louis, can you give any more info on the blue ones in the first post? They look like a pro audio speaker....

the st5 is very sexy.
I bet it likes to snuggle up behind the AC/Morel speakers....
:D
That said- I'd like to know what he's putting with the D5G/D6G...

Yeah, that's the mini-PA I built a couple years back and used at a couple of award banquets and bbqs.
They use the:
Tang Band, W69-1042J sub
MCM 55-3595, 5” woofer
Pioneer, FP66AP45-54F, 2-1/2” tweeter (NLA)
in a 1cu-ft enclosure.
They did pretty well for small events/venues, but I'm looking to upgrade to something with a little more bass and a smoother midrange; probably something using pro drivers. Good learning experience, however.

Thanks,
That's a 2-way I built for my Mom and Dad for x-mas using the HiVi D5G and the Morel MDT30 crossed at 2.5kHz. The enclosure was curved to allow very close driver-to-wall spacing to reduce the effect of midrange reflections. This was probably my favorite sounding speaker of all my builds; made you feel like the action was right there in the room when watching movies; the D5G could also crank out some low and tight bass.

Yeah, they could definately do some close snuggling, but the D5G/MDT30 are at my Mom and Dad's house and the AC130/CAT408 are at my sister's house 400 miles apart :p
Both speakers, however, turned out better than I hoped.
If I had to pick a favorite, it would be the D5G system for its tigher bass.
