Yes I know this is a stupid question, but here it goes. I needed a very quick and dirty test box for a woofer. Being very lazy at this time I tried a cardboard box with fiberglass fill (stop laughing will ya!). As I expected the experiment was a flop.
Now did the experiment fail because the box was simply too small? Was it to pliable or flexible for the woofer to generate a proper tone? Was the box actually absorbing the bass wave instead of projecting them?
