I emailed them on Monday about putting together a kit for the SwopeHT center channel. It wasn't listed in their kits but other Paul Carmody designs were so I gave it a shot. Got an answer from Mark within 10 minutes we traded a couple emails back and forth. Yes, I was told they could do it no problem.
Ordered the complete kit on Tuesday with crossovers built and a baffle cut. ( I hate trying to figure out and build crossovers and can't cut MDF outside now.) Shipped on Wednesday and I received the package yesterday.
All I can say is I am very impressed. The baffle and crossover were excellently done and a great price too. Totally worth it to pay to have this done IMO. The packaging was top notch as well. Honestly I thought it would take a week to ship and was very surprised that this order went out the next day.
Never ordered anything from them before and just wanted to publicly relate my experience here. Awesome company and I will definitely order more in the future.

That has been my experience as well. They even unwound an inductor to create a back-ordered item.
They have been great.
As has PE and Madi in my experience.

I used to live in Grand Rapids, Mi years ago- home of Meniscus. Years ago I placed an order and asked if I could pick-up, no problem they said. I swung by and was warmly greeted, given a tour of the place and had a really great time. They are an example of a great small business that is run by passionate and dedicated guys.
Another vote of support for Meniscus!

Did pieces of candy come with your order? ;)
PE and Meniscus are my main DIY sources, and I occasionally order from Mad as well.
We are lucky to have these 3 great vendors here in the US. Curious how all three are based in the upper mid-west...

A couple of years ago I e-mailed a question about one of their kits and got an instant reply with information and a standing invitation to stop in and check the kit out . It's under an hour drive from here.
I wound up going with something else..... but will get up there at some time in the future.
They seem like good people

This figures, I lived the first 26 years of my life in Grand Rapids and it isn't until AFTER the Army moves me 1600 miles away that I find out about a place like this in my home town. Friggin' awesome. If I ever get home again I'll have to check it out.

+10 on the folks at Meniscus. Like jclin4, I always got some hard candy in with my stuff...AND a birthday card/greeting every year since I placed my first order! Class act, those guys, right in the same league as PE. Wish I lived closer so I could go there and get a tour of the place. I talked recently to one of their very nice people concerning some tower cabinets for the Statement Monitors I want to build in the future. Very accommodating. Since I'm having some recent issues with my disability becoming worse, cabinet-building is getting to be too much for my waning physical condition and stamina. Mostly related to standing and strength issues. I think they have a cabinet builder they use, and the prices/shipping were very fair considering the size of the enclosures. They even said they could add the piece in there to block off the bottom portion for the 'Monitors required volume. Great guys!

I have great service from all 3 vendors too. Top notch.
I did order for the first time from MCM about a month ago and shipping was super fast and packed well.

The cool thing about Meniscus is that they are more of a custom audio house than a parts distributor. It seemed like they did a lot of custom design work and had a passion about the audio industry. The wind their own inductors, have a cabinet shop on-site and a testing and listening room.

I still remember my only trip to PE. It was like going to heaven. I bet Meniscus would be similar.

I have to say that
PE, Madisound ,Meniscus, MCM and creativesounds (canada based) have all been very good to me. Ditto for apexjr.
