I found this looking through eBay and wondered if anyone has tried one. I’m currently modding a Lepai and at the end of it I will have more money in it than the cost of the Indeed. Any thoughts?

I've got a few Tripaths laying around.. they're good little amps for the power rating. I'd buy this one just because it is indeed... cute. $37? Yea. Deal.

It looks better-built than the Lepai TA2020, but I'm no Amp Guru. I wish one of the resident specialists would chime here and comment. I odered one to test against the many Lepai's that I aready own (and love).
Note that it DOES NOT include a PS.
Here is what the seller lists as the "differences" with their model. Obvious language barrier shows...lol --
A. Double side gold coat PCB , high grade ALPS volume control; an audiophile grade 4700MFD huge capacitor for power reserve.
B. Twin high speed relay design to protect power IC and your speakers, also mute when power On/Off ; we have improved the sound with the TAIYO inductance coil , it has better sound with great dynamic than other similar product .
C. Compact Size(W)72mm x (H)26mm x (D)108mm.Fully Aluminum Alloy Case with nonmagnetic reduce the noise.
D. UP to one year warranty for this product, because we are manufacture(Indeed Hi Fi Lab).

Since I managed to disable my Lepai last night (see Modding the Lepai T2020A+ if curious) I decided to buy one and see if it sounds as good as it looks. I don’t know how these Chinese manufactures work I checked out Hi-Fi Lab's other products. They also distribute (manufacture?) Topping; Lepai; SMSE and some I have not heard of before. I have a DTA-100 so I will be able to do a comparison to that when it arrives.

I bought one of these a couple years ago and for the first two weeks it was great, after that it started getting randomly noisey after it warmed up. I replaced caps and nothing helped. Hopefully the newer model won't have these issues, they sure are pretty, and small!! The guts do look different.

Good to know. The Indeed Labs Website (http://www.6c33.com/eng/eng%201.htm) is a joke. Of course, you can't judge a book by its cover, so we'll see what happens when the product arrives.

It looks far better built, with better parts, than my Lepai.
