Aren't the xls series subs? Anyway, I've got F/Z files for the 831735. Looks like it would do mid 30s in about one vented cu. ft. What tweeter?
Chris
Here's one for the 831375 PeeDei (http://www.lonesaguaro.com/speakers/Peer28/PeeDei.html)

I do that too.

I bet the 8" is the SLS, not the XLS. There was an 8" XLS at one time, but it's NLA, and was only briefly offered, IIRC.

It is the peerless 8 xls 830491 for sure.. Here is the link of the specs

I don't know which tweeter to use or where to cross them at.. I was wondering if anyone has used them for a build or has heard of any.. If not it looks like I'm gonna build my own 3-way speaker
EDIT:
Got a picture of them.. They arent that rare in the car audio.. These were called one of the best midbass' ever made

i was thinking about going with these choices of tweeter...

or
http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?Partnumber=277-112
I think im gonna do each woofer sealed in its own chamber.. the 8" crossed at 400 the HDS at 3000 and the tweeter covering the rest

I've got a truly radical, WAY out there idea....FIX YOUR CAR!!!!
Then, maybe, think about speakers......

Trust me the car is getting fixed lol
Its just that the 8's are gonna need fiberglass kickpods to go in the car and i dont know if i want to build them

Those 8" woofs, from the specs, would make dynamite woofers for a 3-way tower, with the 831735 doing mid duty, and crossing to a waveguide loaded RS28F at 1KHz.

Thanks for the advice.. Thats what i was think about going with but im still very new to building speakers so sorry for the dumb questions lol What exactly does waveguide loaded mean

This is a waveguide loaded dome tweeter.
Ed Rosenquist will cut you a baffle for your tower that will include this very nice waveguide and the woofer holes. RS28 just screws to the back and allows a very easy 1000Hz crossover.
The bottom picture is a couple baffles Ed cut for some DIY'ers a couple weeks back.

I've got a couple pair also. The do have 830491 as the part# but the say HDS right below it. I believe these are all somewhat of a cross between the XLS and the HDS series. Probably the same shorting rings as the HDS but the extended xmax of the XLS. That's my guess anyway.

I did a 3 way build with those two woofers along with the Vifa XT25SC90-04 tweeters. I dont remember how I did the crossover off the top of my head, but to me they sound very clean highs and mids and the low end is powerful. I set out to build somehing that had mids and highs similar to a Polk LSi bookshelf and I think these came out pretty well matching up to the mids/highs, but have so much more bass that the comparison stops there. Once I get back to my personal laptop, I can post more to give an idea of cabinet size and crossover design.

That would be great if you could give me some info on that build

The box I used was kind of big. External Dimensions are 24in tall x 12in deep x 10in wide; all sides 3/4 mdf with the exception being the front baffle being 1.5 deep. If i remember correctly, the box was tuned down to 44hz with a port 2in in diameter and about 3.5in long.
Crossover was a 3 way with crossover points at 250hz and 3300hz. Low pass was a 1st order with a zobel. High pass was a 3rd order with an L-pad. The band pass matched the high and the low. As this was more or less my first attempt at a 3 way speaker, I spent half a fortune on crossover parts trying to get it to model fairly flat, but some of the stuff I did probably could be modeled out of my design if more time was spent. I also did not calculate BSC as I figured the way I had modeled it, it was going to run a bit hot in the high frequencies, but are it turned out, it doesnt run as bright as I had anticipated.
Its lowest impedence is around 3.5ohm, but for the most part it stays at or above 4ohm. I am very happy with the sound of it and would have written it up to receive scrutiny/help in getting it designed better, but alas I had not camera readily available. I do have all of my PCD files for the drivers and the project file if you need them, just shoot me a PM with your email address and I can email them to you.
