What new test CD? Where did you hear about this? What does it do that the current one doesn't?

I guess I didn't realize there was an "old" CD. What you described with 19 tracks is what I have. I had no idea since it matched what was described in the help file. The Omnimic software also came with FRD's to compensate when using the high pass or bandpass sweeps.
So how does an early adapter acquire this CD?
Any way PE could make it available for download?

I am quoting this from another post from Bill Waslo:
Hi,
I heard people were asking about the new test signal CD. If you want, you can download the wav files for it from here, for a while at least
OmniMic%20Signal%20Test%20CD%203.zip (http://libinst.com/junk/OmniMic%20Signal%20Test%20CD%203.zip)
But be warned -- it is a 251MB download, so it will take a while unless you have a really fast connection. Probably not likely to work on a phone connection.
After downloading you'll have to:
1) unzip it (it's a zip file)
2) use a CD burn program (Nero, Sonic, etc.) to make an Audio CD Disk, select the files in the proper order (by their numbers) into it and be sure to burn with "normalization" turned OFF (if that option is given).
Same signals as original CD, but there are Right-Only and Left-Only versions of most, as well as some bandlimited versions and a level-setting tone. See the last section of OmniMic Help (the menu in the program) to see the file listing.
The 5.1 DVD isn't compiled yet. Enjoy,
Bill
Thank you!

I could not download Track #16 so I skipped it in the download. All other tracks are there so what do I miss not having 16?
