Of the 3 dayton smaller ND tweeters, I do not intend to pursue use of the ND16FA. My FR measurements appear better the the ND20 tweeters and that looks the same for others results too. The reduced CTC spacing doesn't provide enough benefit in my application.

Its been noted these have a rise at ~1.5khz in measurements. It does show up in my 1/2 chamfered baffle. When mounted in a chamfered 1/4 in baffle the issue seems to be resolved. That makes these much easier to use.

Upon further research/measurments the rise at ~1.5Khz is unexpected and complicates things for me.

I am hoping to have my latest order(WT3 ect) in soon and will experiment to see If I can find the cause.

I've only been working on the MTM lately but the crossover simulation has too high of parts cost IMHO right now.

I'm pretty happy with the MTM(parallel) crossover so far. LR4 at 3k, 4th order electrical on the woofer and 3rd + series resistor on the Dayton ND20TA-6 tweeter.
I would like to try a LR2 to another tweeter at some point.

I bought 8 of these to experiment with. Output levels are limited so have been listening if a MTM has enough capability.

I am looking to use the Dayton ND20TA-6 front mount. I was going to use the rear mount Dayton ND20FB-4 but that may require a removable baffle in case of repair.

Due to the small size of the project I don't feel its likely I'll reuse the boxes so a permanent baffle will be used.

I also might add a 4"(299-840) or 5.25" Sony ...
