Couple more pics, didn't show the actual mold making process as there's plenty on the net, wish I had pics of the actually prototype making process that the mold was formed from though, but I hope to improve that process with the CNC. In these pics the white enclosure is actually an experimental substance I'm going to be testing to see if I can improve performance and lower cost, though It takes 3-4 months for it to totally cure, were the resin takes minutes, but I've got a couple other products/combinations to try.
