Coated paper pulp cone. These are high end drivers, as any one who has heard them can attest.

    Four NIB.

Well damped cone - almost zero breakup. These are extremely well designed drivers with very low distortion. Paired with the right tweeter, would make a world class MTM.

$200 shipped to the 48. These are worth every penny and then some. Not willing to break the quad up at this time, but at this price it is essentially getting a "buy one get one" deal anyways.

    Paypal only.

Don't listen to me - I have not sold any $150,000 speakers.

These are very similar to the woofers Ben used in the Fenrir, and might even drop in.

Measurements on anOTHER "quad" of these drivers, 1 yr ago (post break-in - by hand).
(VERY close to "spec": Qts of 0.37, Fs of 34, Vas of 1.06)
          - should do 40Hz in 0.75cf (I believe the Xmax is 6mm)

          Qes: 0.409, 0.394, 0.380, 0.375 = 0.39 ave
          Qms: 4.89, 4.78, 5.17, 4.81 = 4.9
          Qts: 0.377, 0.364, 0.354, 0.348 = 0.36
          Fs: 37.7, 37.0, 37.0, 36.3 = 37
          Vas(cf): 1.03, 0.92, 1.01, 0.99 = 0.99
          Re: 6.30, 6.28, 6.18, 6.19 = 6.24
          Le: 0.90, 0.90, 0.94, 0.84 = 0.90
          Sd: 133 sq^2
          SPL: measured 87.1-87.7dB (87.5 ave)

Just got these JR, listening to one here on my desk. These things are beautifully made and surprisingly efficient. Look to be absolutely superb midwoofers.
