Wish I could get a chance to hear a pair of them. They do seem to be the talk of the town right now, lots of YouTube reviews and most are very favorable. Other than the waveguide, the rest of the components are available to us as DIYer's. All SB Acoustic stuff, including the Passive Radiator. Might be fun to tackle the project, just to see how it would turn out. Good luck to you on your application.

That’s a great idea as well, printing one would be fine for my application.

I've looked around also, haven't had any luck. Thinking the best bet would be to 3D print the waveguide. I've kicked around the idea of making a kit (enclosure and waveguide) that mimics the S400's, but not sure how much interest there would be in it. The Buchardt pricing is very reasonable IMO, so a DIY version may not make sense?

Anyone know where I could locate a round waveguide similar to the Buchardt S400?
The MCM 54-580 or Pyle PH65 seem to be close but are hard to find.
    Thanks in advance
