Can anyone tell me where to look for the mic calibration files? The instructions say what to download but not where to find it. Tech support was closed when I tried to call, and searches on PE's site and Dayton Audio site didn't get me anywhere.

They're available on the product page at Dayton's website. Just enter your serial number.

It turns out that I have both the OmniMic and EMM-6 mics available, which should I use for OmniMic system?

The Omnimic software only works with the Omnimic. You may use the Omnimic with other software however.
