The enclosures are made from almost two full sheets of MDF, heavily braced and mass loaded. 1-1/2" front baffles on upper and lower cabinets, rear chamfers behind the RS150's. The sub enclosures are lined with 2" R6 non-backed insulation on all sides, the upper cabs are lined top and bottom with this as well as a roll about 4" thick at the back. I didn't do any tweaking with fill. The red colored sections are sand-filled. The outrigger feet were made with 6mm thick aluminum pieces I found on eBay, and use our standard black M6 threaded spikes.
BTW...there is no CNC work here whatsoever. (And I don't plan on redoing them any time soon because of it!!)
