I hope to have a full writeup done very soon.
Don't listen to me - I have not sold any $150,000 speakers.

$125 or so for drivers and crossover.

LOL had to look up the translation of your speaker name. Now I know where the Monkey Coffin thread came from in the Tech Forum. :D

Just because I like how they turned out, the crossover:

The other one looks just like this, but has some writing on it.

The cabinets are finished, the crossovers are finished, I just need to throw them together and I will post up some proper pictures. Possibly tonight, I don't know.

Great looking clean crossovers Johnny! Is that a Marcato buyout iron core inductor? I think I still have seven of those (Marcato buyouts) still hanging around myself!

                  Thank you for the compliment.

That would be the ones. I don't remember how many I bought. Too good of a value to pass up. If you have not measured the inductors yet, I think PE described them as 9.6mH - my measurements showed them to be 9.0mH.

I unwound them to the 3.5mH value for this design. In the BOM, I call out all PE stuff but I prefer the Erse Audio stuff personally. However, I already had most of these components on the shelf so I used them. For someone building these, it would be cheaper to order PE crossover parts because it will push the order over $98 for the free shipping.

This is how they look all finished.

Never you mind the dorm furniture they are sitting on ;)

Wouldn't you want to double the height of those stands to get the tweeter and mids up to ear level? Do you plan to paint them to match? Would those stands couple or decouple the speaker from the floor? Do you plan to fill them with sand or concrete or something? :D ;) :p

Seriously though, nice retro look. You don't see speakers with wide baffles like that much anymore. When I finish my current projects, I might have to consider building a pair of these.

lol, with my broken down old couch they are at ear level with the single block :D I am going to have a hard time letting these go, I really like how they sound.
