  • Project coming together

Looks excellent - except for the wire management ;). What are your thoughts on how to handle that tangle in the back? It looks like your support columns aren't hollow, so you can't do anything with those. One of those quandaries that we all face I suppose, and I don't have the answers unfortunately, especially when one wants the components out in the open for display.

Thanks for the complement Carrick, as far as wire management goes I have no thought. I just built these for a a customer of mine to his specks. I know hes been arranging and rearranging severala things and knowing him I would say when hes finished it will be all nice and neet. R.K.

What size/thread rods are those on the rack and do you have a link to them, possibly??? They're beefy as hell. Looks amazing, good job, I'm totally inspired.

As soon as I finish my computer build, I'm moving on to the rack.

These are very well done... wish they were mine. Thanks for sharing.

Are the thread rods just painted black?

The corners of the Amp stands are solid Mahogany everything else is veneer over HDF, no cookie on the madronna burl, its angel step maple burl. R.K.

As far as I know there plated black. Whatever the process is , it withstands the removal of the nuts, washers, bushings etc.... without removing the black finish. R.K.
