Those are neat. When you were gathering FR plots for the xover how did you position the mic?

I took MLS FR plots at the height of the woofer baffle, about 1 meter away, so they were essentially 90 degrees to the woofer.

Here are some additional construction pics:

Basic Denova box assembled with 45 degree fillers for corners glued in, cross braces in place, viewed from bottom of box.

Bottom of box with removable panel slid in place.

Woofer baffle with coves cut to allow driver to breathe.

Woofer baffle added with driver dropped in place.

So 90* to the woofer baffle, woofer pointed up and between the tweeters?

Jacoolski Danooski, if I had three arms I'd give it three thumbs up, so your stuck with two.

Cool Dan! Kind of reminds me of the Sonabs my brother had back in the 70s.
Are you using Bondo to seal the MDF?

Interesting design for height speakers, too.

I have not found any credible research showing that most of the differences we hear among loudspeakers cannot be explained by examining these two variables." -Alvin Foster, 22 BAS Speaker 2 (May, 1999)

Very nice, interesting design, I remember the allison 4. How do you like those tweeters? I have a pair that I haven't even taken out of the box yet.

Yes, if closer to the ceiling they could be mounted with woofer down with something like a french cleat.
