    Hi Gents,

I am booked (for $208 round trip from Florida!) to arrive at Fort Wayne International on Thursday 4/26 at 9:30 AM. and leave on Sunday 4/29 at 10 00 AM. Being on a tight budget, I'm hoping there is someone coming who would be willing to provide transportation to and from the airport and who would like to spit the cost of a room for Thursday, Friday and Saturday. I missed last year because I didn't plan far enough ahead. So, this may be a bit early to solicit transportation and a roommate, but I'm very excited about the event and a chance to hear the creations of, meet and learn from many of the Master Speaker Builders of the forum.

    Cheers,
    Jay

It's time for me to attend my 1st InDIYana event! Karma demands it since April 28th is my birthday (at least that's what I told my wife). I plan on having a coax project to enter. What hotel do most people stay at?

Many of us stay at the Hampton where the event is held. We block rooms for the group.

Update- the room block dies on March 31, and is for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. Please reserve before then to assure the lower room rate. "DIY Speaker Builders" is the group, and $119/night for a double-queen is the room rate before March 31.

I'll keep you all informed as this progresses,
          Wolf

Wolf, I'm sure hoping you meant March 31st not May. My non-refundable flight is booked for April 26th.

Hope I can get the time off. If not, may have to ship them.

Yes- you are correct. Don't know why I typed 'May'. I altered my previous post to reflect the real info.
