  • So, what's the Fb of this thing..?

I'm currently finishing construction of a ~50 Hz MLTL based on the Dayton PA301 driver (hey, I needed something to occupy me through the Christmas vacation). The impedance curve is suggesting that I hit my target Fb, but a close-miked response curve of the bass driver suggests that it's a good 4~5 Hz lower. So which one is correct?

It's 50 - that's where the phase shift in the saddle occurs.
Don't listen to me - I have not sold any $150,000 speakers.

The THD plot suggest something similar, with a minimum just above 50 Hz (reduced cone movement = reduced distortion). I'm curious at to why the minima appears at 44.6 Hz in the FR measurement though. Maybe because the vent is in close proximity, its output is having an impact on the measurement?
