Another of my favorites: I asked my doctor if I would live longer if I stopped drinking and smoking and chasing women. He said no, but it would seem like it..

Clutch is making a new record, they used my monitors and I will be delivering another pair for the listening party on the 15th.

Just checked them out - I like some of their stuff.

While I appreciate the technical abilities of many of these musicians, a lot of it just sounds like rage & hate to me. That type of anger was not an emotion I ever associated with music - and I grew up with a lot of Punk on our college radio station. I would listen to it with friends, despite the poor musical ability on display most of the time. Defiance, rebellion & angst - I get that, but not rage.

Their last 3 albums are fantastic, looking forward to the new one.

I suggest that this is music: loud, yes; but IMHO this guy has more musicianship and talent in his thumbnail than just about anyone else:

And despite his being gone for almost 50 years, we do still keep getting "more" - another album is due out next month.

BTW I did like a couple of the Ghost video's I checked out, I could understand the lyrics.

I don't listen to much hard rock / heavy metal these days, but one band keeps showing up in my Deezer random feed now and then and I've yet to hear a tune from them that I don't like: Stone Sour
