Last one I went to wanted advice on restoring his Klipschorns... You may have a point, instead of a warning this thread had been inspiration. I bought peerless HDS 8 inch woofer, a rusty Dynaudio 8 inch car mid woofer, and a Dayton 1 inch neo tweeter on EBay since the thread started. My wife made me throw a couple of woofers away but one had a burnt voice coil so I survived. The HDS and Dynaudio sound amazing.
Can have my ISP block Ebay?

Madisound sent me a Peerless 6.5" woofer by mistake and said just keep it. But I put it to use testing sub channels on the small class D amps I evaluate. So none.

Really, keeping an up to date crossover component list has ultimately been a great time saver. I no longer have to pick through my entire collection hoping to find whatever it is I need. Either I have it, or I don't.

I was having fun with you. I am the the compulsive capacitor collector. It comes from 35 years of hot rodding audio equipment, way too much free time, and the heroin of all hoarders..... Ebay. I never have to wonder if I have what I need what I need, it is a case of do I really need this. Everyone needs a vice or two. I can’t afford the Betty Ford Center for compulsive capacitor collectors. Resistor restocking resistance is futile.

Yes, I know. Thank you. I have plastic bin drawers full of all my other smaller circuit board sized components, there are just way too many of them to keep them counted and sorted. Wonderful article too, which I keep a copy of.

In January I added these 10" midbasses to the collection, for hopefully a cool 3-way "folded tower" speaker build. Ciare NDH10-3's.

Just got these from the open-box bin on PE.* Faital Pro 10FH530's.

Doing some break-in with a Peavey IPR2 7500 and some death metal.**

These 10" midbasses will be the featured guests of a soon to be thread titled "Battle of the 10" monster midbasses", I'm just waiting on a few more pairs to trickle in.
