        Well, yes, but perhaps the time alignment was worth it. Still, you'd think they could bevel that edge...

          Deliberate dip in the midrange for a psycho-acoustically pleasing sound - speculation on my part.

          Would anyone like to buy a pair? I have at least 2 pairs of them.

            That configuration is close to what I used to test and document the diffraction in my article at audioXpress in 2005, only mine were unfinished boxes. I also offset the tweeter. There is a lot of diffraction.
