    It would have been better to include a 24 V 4 amp PS. That would provide extra headroom for peaks. The 15 V PS will only deliver ~13 W rms into 8 ohm L-R speakers and 26 W rms into a 4 ohm sub. A 19 V laptop supply will up that to 20 W rms L-R and 40 W for the sub. A 24 V PS would deliver 33 W rms L-R and 65 W rms for the sub. Technically, this exceeds the TPA3118 chips thermal rating by a few watts. But with music (or video audio) you never get those sustained watts. Only a pure sine wave would reach those levels.
