Supposedly, the Governor here also said we shouldn't gather in more than 10, but the establishment acts as though they are not under that blanket.
If things change, I'll obviously do what I have to. It's more than a month out, so we'll just have to evaluate as it goes I'm afraid.

BTW- postponement likely would look like September, but that is not set in stone.

      Ben,
FWIW, here's my 2 cents worth. Make the decision to postpone now and set a new date so folks can re-plan. Regardless of whether the Hampton Inn will allow it, it is just not wise to gather like this at this time. I suspect you will have a much reduced turnout if held in April. Not to mention that the government could call for shelter in place at any moment prior. I for one, do not plan to attend in April, unless there is a dramatic and positive change in current trends and in my view, it's going to get considerably worse before it gets better.

It's not just my call only, and I'm awaiting one more person's answer. I feel I have to give it at least a week and see what happens, possibly 2. I really don't know if it will improve or get worse.

I understand your position. I will add this however. Currently in Indiana it is difficult to even get tested even if you have all the symptoms. It is most likely, therefore, that there are a lot of unreported or unconfirmed cases and as more testing becomes available or if people get sick enough to enable them to be prioritized to receive testing, the cases will go up exponentially. This is what seems to be happening everywhere else.

Thanks for the update. Disappointing, but I think it is our only choice.

This sucks. I will miss seeing all you guys and hearing your creations. Hopefully it can be rescheduled later this year.

I was looking forward to it too, Craig. Kind of looking at it as a cabin-fever cure of sorts. 'Shelter-in-place' orders kinda nuke the possibility in the near future.
Talks are on about "what to do" with the various planners that host through the end of this year. I'm hoping we can reach a mutual consensus.
