"It has been remarked that if one selects his own components, builds his own enclosure, and is convinced he has made a wise choice of design, then his own loudspeaker sounds better to him than does anyone else's loudspeaker. In this case, the frequency response of the loudspeaker seems to play only a minor part in forming a person's opinion."

I'm not Doug, but remember, Iowa had over ten times that many judges last year. :D

                    Oh man, not McJerry

Man, that guy is impossible :p. Just ribbin' ya there Jerry. Glad to see you're on the judging panel. I will at least know one judge that I can bribe LOL. That is one impressive panel I have to say. This is going to be probably one of the hottest competitions to date. Hopefully my two projects won't fall on their faces. Thanks PE for putting this together for us.

My wife and I have been extremely busy working on the house and I've neglected to build any projects. After seeing this panel I may have to put the house on hold and get busy!

Re: Great news, Mike, now how about...

an update on: the number of entries already pre-registered, the number of those entered into all-Dayton-driver and open categories, as well as the number entered into the above and below $200 sub-categories?
                        Thanks,
                        Paul

                              Rule change?

It now appears the "Dayton" category only requires ONE Dayton driver...Hmmm..:D
