Any of the dates work for me. Any other venues possible? I know the Hyatt is the prefer nice and is most certainly mine.

As for Venues, I really don't want to have to find another one. The acoustics of this room seem to be better than lots of other
conference-room style venues, and it's only 17 minutes from my door.

Being what I've been told about progression of my town just a half hour north, there may come other possibilities for venues as time goes on, just not likely this year.
Closer to the planner is always a plus.

NO!!! That's my wife's birthday! She'll make me feel guilty! I do have some leverage since she'll be going with me to Florida. So, that's better then May.

Yes, my wife zeroed in on that place first trip we made. I'll just have to tell her that her birthday present is in Indiana.
If my jump training works out as planned Ill be spending a lot of weekends on the Indiana border this spring and summer.

Currently, there are 2 weekends open in April; the 3rd and 4th weekends- and I know those are not the ones people were preferring.
I'm also looking into early May dates if these are not going to work well. This will be full-room at the Hyatt as before.

What say you? When do we want to have this? My Wedding Anniversary is May 24th, so late May is out.

Update:
May 10th-12th and May 17th-19th are available. Please let me know what works best.

I think your dates are wrong. They should be April 19 /20 and April 26 / 27

It looks like my options are quickly narrowed down to the the 19 /20 th. Fortunately for me that date is doing well in he poll.

Where exactly in Indiana is this planned for again? I think any date is doable for me. Do you know of any RV parks near the proposed venue(s)? I'd much rather bring my house with me than stay in a motel/hotel. A State Park or Lake with a campground in 15 minutes driving time I can live with.
