Re: The Chorales - An Usher / Vifa Project

I spent the last 2 hours listening to my favorite tracks, and all I can say is Wow. If you are in possession of 8945A woofers and XT25 tweeters, you should get started, because they will reward you with incredible and quality sound. Female vocals sound stunning to me. There's a warmth and clarity to the music that I haven't heard from my other builds, granted this is the first time I've used woofers in this price range. Overall, this is a a step way up in sound quality, and I couldn't be happier with this project.

Congrats on what I am sure is another terrific build.

May I safely assume Diana Krall was among your listening enjoyment (saving bands such as Social Distortion for another day)?

You can't mix Krall and Social Distortion on the same day? I do it! But maybe because I'm so far away from you guys and my ol' ball and chain won't let me leave the house for some fun but oh well, that's the story of my life.

Beau and I heard the Ushers in their own TM speaker at THE Show one year and it sounded very nice. I'm anxious to hear this design.

I only use tracks that are recommended by Paul K: Krokus, AC/DC, Marilyn Manson.

Saturday is good, unless I'm in court fighting Paul's frivolous lawsuit.
